The club sought exceptional gym equipment that epitomized
quality, innovation, and luxury.

Solution: Leveraging our extensive manufacturing knowledge

and robust network in the fitness equipment industry, we
curated a selection of premium equipment. Our expertise
enabled us to identify and source from top-tier brands like
Technogym, renowned for their cutting-edge technology and
exceptional design.
Our approach included:
Collaborating closely with 711 Club's management to fully
grasp their vision and requirements.
Sourcing advanced cardio machines, including treadmills
and elliptical trainers, that offered both functionality and
an engaging workout experience.
Providing a diverse range of strength training equipment,
ensuring versatility and suitability for all fitness levels.
Customizing equipment to seamlessly blend with the
club's sophisticated interior design.

Implementation: We managed a smooth procurement and

installation process. Our team of professionals ensured that
each piece of equipment was perfectly set up, adhering to the
highest standards of operational excellence.

Outcome: The installation of the new gym equipment

significantly enhanced the fitness experience at 711 Club.
Members expressed great satisfaction with the upgraded
facilities, praising the quality and variety of the new
equipment. The club witnessed a boost in membership
engagement and new sign-ups. 711 Club's management
commended the seamless integration and the exceptional
quality of the equipment provided, reinforcing our reputation
as a provider of premium fitness solutions with a deep
understanding of the luxury market.
Our PNK Imperial Heights Project

Background: PNK Imperial Heights, a prestigious residential

complex, aimed to establish an indoor gym that catered to
both adults and elderly residents, focusing on wellness and
age-friendly fitness.

Challenge: The main challenge was to design and allocate

separate, specialized spaces within the community area - one
for a fully-equipped adult gym and another for a safe,
engaging children's playground.

Solution: We proposed a layout that strategically placed the

adult gym and children's play area in proximity yet ensured
they were distinct. The gym was designed to cater to adults
and seniors, with equipment like treadmills, ellipticals, and
resistance machines, while the play area was planned with
child-safe, stimulating playground equipment.

Implementation: The gym was set up with state-of-the-art

fitness machines and ample space for free exercises and
yoga, ensuring accessibility for elderly residents. The children's
playground was developed separately, featuring vibrant play
structures, slides, and swings, all designed with safety and fun
in mind.

Outcome: The project successfully catered to the diverse

needs of the community, offering a specialized fitness area for
adults and a fun, safe play zone for children. The distinct but
complementary facilities were well-received, enhancing
community well-being and leading to our engagement in a
second project with PNK Imperial Heights
Our JP Infra Project

Background: JP Infra in Mumbai envisioned a unique

community space that separately catered to the fitness
needs of adults and provided a playful environment for
children.

Challenge: The project's challenge was to design and

implement two distinct areas within the community space -
an exclusive gym for adults and a separate outdoor
playground for kids.

Solution: We conceptualized a gym equipped with a wide

range of fitness equipment tailored for adult workouts and a
completely separate outdoor playground area, rich in colorful
and interactive play equipment suitable for children of various
ages.

Implementation: The gym area was installed with advanced

fitness machines, including cardio and strength-training
equipment, ensuring a comprehensive workout experience for
adults. The children's playground was distinctly set up with
creative play structures, swings, and slides, prioritizing safety
and engagement.

Outcome: This approach led to the creation of a vibrant

community space where adults could focus on their fitness
goals while children enjoyed their playtime in a dedicated
area. The distinct zones for fitness and play not only met the
community's varied needs but also fostered a sense of
belonging and satisfaction among the residents.
