    OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES:
    i. The owner shall permit the contractor to use, AT NO COST, the following utilities:

    1. Electricity / Power
    2. Bore well / Municipal water
    3. Safe storage space for storing the material/equipment of the contractor.
    4. Space for accommodation of personnel workers of site.
    5. Bathroom / Toilet
    6. Full-time watchman / security guard.
    7. Curing personnel for all works.
    8. Cleaning personnel to keep the site neat and clean.

    ii. The owner shall obtain all Building permissions and clearances required from
    time to time for the smooth & in-time completion of the project, from:

    1. Municipal / Panchayat / HMDA / Local Authorities.


    2. Conflicts with Neighbor’s (If any)
    3. Other Authorities (If any)
    Additional Costs (Not included in the Quotation)
    1. Dismantling and Cart away of the existing structure (If any)
    2. Additions to above mentioned levels / floor height / plans / elevations / specifications
