    Amendments to be made to the A133-2019 Exhibit B

    B.2.3.1
    Amendment – Note B.3.3.2.
    The Construction Manager – Contractor shall purchase and maintain the Builders Risk Coverage.

    B.2.3.1.1.
    Addition:
    Cause of Loss – Special Form

    B.2.3.1.4.
    Addition:
    Builder Risk deductible will not exceed $25,000, unless approved by Owner

    B.2.4.7.
    Addition:
    Soft Cost Insurance required in the amount of 20% of the Hard Costs Value

    B.3.1.2.
    Addition:
    Deductibles and Self-Insured Retentions will not exceed $10,000, unless approved by Owner

    B.3.1.3.
    Addition:
    The additional insured coverage shall be provided to the Auto Liability policy and shall be primary and non-
    contributory in favor of the Owner, the Architect, and the Architect’s consultants.

    General Liability Insurance Coverage Limits:
