/ The best part of our whole lifetime is our childhood and the things we used to do those old days
become now our memories. Today, I will share with you some of my best memories. I was born and
raised in a rural area which was a very beautiful nature. There was a flowing river, several types of
flowers, trees and animals. I grew up in a big family with lots of loving members. My mother was my
best friend. She used to cook delicious meals for us. She used to teach me the letters and a few poems
that I still can recite. My father was a loving and caring person. He used to buy us new clothes and many
playing equipments. He managed to spend a huge time with us and took us to different places. One day,
he invited the whole family for a picnic in the forest. We had lunch in nature and practised our favourite
hobbies like: playing hide and seek, climbing trees and picking up flowers. In school days, we used to
have fun too; my teacher was friendly. She played with us in the classroom and gave us candy and
chocolate. To me her class was a real joy. We played football almost every afternoon and returned home
with mud-stained pants. Now, I realise what a wonderful childhood I had and at times I wish I could
relive those days again and again.
