situated in K-East Ward, Andheri (East), Mumbai.

Reference : Online submission of plans dated 18.06.2023

Dear Applicant/ Owner/ Developer,


There is no objection to your carrying out the work as per amended plans submitted by you online under reference for which
competent authority has accorded sanction, subject to the following conditions.

1) That all the conditions of I.O.D. under even No. dated 03.08.2019 and amended plan approved letter dated 21.12.2021 shall be
complied with.
2) That the revised structural design / calculations / details / drawings shall be submitted before extending C.C.

3) That payment towards following shall be made before asking for C.C.a) Additional Development Charges.b) Extra Water /
Sewerage charges at A.E.W.W. ‘K/E Ward Office.c) Labour welfare Cess.d) Fungible Premium e ) Staircase, lift, lift lobby premium
f ) Open space deficiency g) Additional development cess.
4) That the C.C. shall be got endorsed as per the amended plan

5) That the work shall be carried out strictly as per approved plan

6) That the final Structural stability certificate shall be submitted before asking for B.C.C

7) That the work shall be carried out between 6.00 am to 10.00 pm only in accordance with Rule 5A(3) of the Noise Pollution (Regulation
& Control) Rules, 2000 and the provision of notification issued by ministry of Environment & Forest Deptt. from time to time shall be
duly observed.
8) That all condition and direction specified in the order of Hon’ble Supreme Court dated 15.3.2018 in dumping ground case shall be
complied with
9) That adequate safeguards shall be employed in Consultation with SWM Dept. of MCGM for preventing dispersal of particles through air
and the construction debris generated shall be deposited in specific sites inspected and approved by MCGM.
10) That the debris shall be managed in accordance with the provisions of construction and demolition waste Management Rules 2016

11) That the all requisite fees, premiums, development charges deposits shall be paid before endorsement of C.C. That the C.C shall be
endorsed as per approved amended plan.
12) That the specific NOC as per Hon’ble Supreme Court of India (S.L.P. Civil No. D23708/2017) Order in Dumping Ground Court Case
dated 15/03/2018 shall be obtained from concerned department/ S.W.M. Department & in accordance with as per circular u/no.
che/dp/2373/gen. dt. 25.04.2018 & Bank Guarantee shall be submitted
13) That the latest assessment bill along with its paid receipts shall be submitted.

14) That the said SWM NOC and Bank guarantee will be revalidated from time to time.

15) That extra water and sewerage charges shall be paid to A.E.W.W. K/EWard before C.C.

16) That the Janata Insurance Policy in the name of site under reference shall be submitted

17) A RUT for disclosure of inadequate size of room & floor height in the agreement shall be submitted .

18) That the Material testing report shall be submitted

19) That the Owner/Developer shall submit certificate under section 270 A of MMC Act before asking BCC/Occupation certificate for any
part of the building
20) This approval is without Prejudice to right of M.C.G.M to take action if any unauthorized work noticed & without prejudice to Legal
matters pending in court of law, if any & also as per the documents uploaded by L.S. in AutoDCR system.
21) That the payment as per schedule of instalment granted by concerned Dy. Ch.E.(B.P) WS-I shall not be made.
