1. In what ways do you try to stay healthy?
I try to stay healthy by eating a well-balanced, low-fat diet with lots of fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, take part in some activities like jogging, yoga, and cycling, manage stress in my life by maintaining positive thinking, exercise more to refresh my mind and consult doctors whenever I feel stressed. or do exercise regularly 2. Is it easy to keep fit where you live? The answer is yes. My current location makes it very simple for me to maintain a healthy lifestyle because there are so many gyms and fitness centers nearby where many individuals and middle- aged people come to workout. I can easily find them 3. Are you careful about what you eat? To be honest, No, I am not I have a busy life at home. Mostly I like eating sweet foods specially for pastries. I love having pastries at tea time. Enjoy with a cup of tea. The other hands fast foods are always tempting. It’s difficult to choose what to eat. I know it will cause obesity and addiction, but it's very convenient. However, I also believe that health is key to success, so I think I will care about my health more. I will try to be careful about what I eat 4. How important is a healthy lifestyle for you? I think it’s very important. In my opinion, eating a healthy diet and exercise are quite essential for long-term weight loss and overall health care. We need to balance both food and exercise for healthy living. A healthy lifestyle can not only help you feel better, but it can also reduce the risk of some diseases, lengthen your lifespan, save your money, and benefit the environment. It makes me feel good and what brings me the greatest happiness. It helps me tobe more effective and productive with my everyday activities. Initially, I was careless and didn’t take care of myself. But, with time, I’ve realized the importance of health and ensure that I practice eating healthy foods and workout on a regular basis. Therefore, a person must eat healthily and exercise regularly to achieve long-lasting results. 5. Do you eat much junk food? No, I rarely eat junk food.I just eat them when other people who are eating them with me and I only eat small amount Because they’re full of sugar, fat or salt. I eat a lot of processed foods like white rice and noodles. They aren’t made with whole grains, but I still feel good because I eat them with vegetables and fish. I also limit the amount of dairy products that I eat because I really don’t like milk and cheese. I avoid soda and candy because they’re not good for my teeth. Junk food is bad for my health
