    RESOLUTION FOR THE APPOINTMENT OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN


    TREASURER FOR BRGY. JALAUD SUR

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer for Barangay Jalaud Sur must be appointed in
    accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Code of 1991, Section 7 of Republic Act
    No. 10742, also known as the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015," and other pertinent
    laws and regulations.

    WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan has the honor of approving the SK Treasurer's
    appointment. Section 7 of Republic Act No. 10742 is in line with this.

    WHEREAS, Ms. MAE DARLENE LEGPITAN was appointed as the Sangguniang Kabataan
    Treasurer of Barangay Jalaud Sur

    NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Hon. KRIZELLE SUMARAY duly seconded by Hon.


    SHANE ANN JACA;

    BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved, to concur the appointment of Sangguniang Kabataan


    Treasurer Mae Darlene Legpitan of Barangay Jalaud Sur, Zarraga, Iloilo
    Unanimously Approved
