FOR EMPLOYMENT OFFER LETTER CANADA

This employment offer letter is exccuted and entered in tooon the 21/10/2024 by and
between and acting in the name of Springhill Suites. hereby agreed and accpted the
following terms and conditions of employment by all parties

air ticket :Return ticket is paid at the end of the work contract by
company

Leave Salary : 1 Month paid leave salary
work permit : Provided by the company
Renewal of contract : This contract is renewable automatically for two year

Terms & Conditions

Termination: A. The employer may immediately terminate the Contract upon submission of written
notice on the grounds Of misconduct disobedience INS
coordination, dishonesty and commission of a criminal act punishable by law in this
case the employer shall not meet any expenses for the employee shall forfeit
all privileges and benefits he/she would have otherwise been entitled to from the employer.
Disability and Death: B. In case of termination of contract by serving one months'

Settlement of dispute : Any dispute between the employer and the employee
