SHOW DETAILS:
Door Times/ Set Times/ Sound Check are all TBC depending on your needs.
The Painted Lady will provide a door person, a sound engineer and full backline.
Doors open 30minutes before the first act.
Our guest capacity is 100 and we are a +19venue.
BACKLINE:
Please send your tech specs to us in 1 week in advance for the engineer to review.
We provide the following full backline
Sonor Sabian kit- drummers bring breakables (kick/foot drum pedal, snare drum, hi hats,
cymbals, sticks.)
GKL500 head w Mark Bass cabinet
Traynor Tube guitar amp
Roland fp30 keys
Roland cube amp
Please note that for insurance and safety purposes we are not equipped to work with
in-ear monitors.
TICKET POLICY:
Ticket price is set in discussion with each artist/band and for each show separately but
we do recommend a minimum $15.00 admission price. The Painted Lady will keep
30% of ticket sales (including any tickets sold in advance) and use it towards a portion
of your direct show cost expenses such as social media promotion, a professional
sound engineer and the door person. We will collect cover at the door and pay you or
your representative out at the end of the show. The artists will receive a split of 70% of
the ticket/door sales. If you are booking the other acts for the night you or your
representative will receive the full amount of the 70% door payment and you can pay
out the other acts however you want.
Advance ticketing needs to be discussed directly during the booking process in order to
have it set up and made available to you (please send show details, a banner style
poster and any relevant details to use to create the ticket link). If you opt to sell tickets in
advance your portion of the sales (door & advanced) from the event will be made
available to you at the bar via cheque within 48 hours. Please note we must charge fees
and HST on ADV tickets.
DRINK TICKETS:
Drinks tickets will be provided (1 drink/artist) there is also an option to purchase
additional drink tickets at a discounted fee.
PROMOTION:
For a show to be a success we aim for 75 guests, up to a max of 100 guests. You lead
the charge for your event, and we will assist. In order to properly promote your event,
we need a few things from you a minimum of 3 weeks before your performance to make
sure we get the word out. We will populate our calendar and then generate a show
notification that promotes to all Painted Lady fans and followers for your scheduled
show date.

Please note that you are required to make a FB event and invite each of the artists and
The Painted Lady to be hosts. Each artist needs to invite all of their friends and fans to
the event, and update it with media featuring the best of you. This is also true of
reaching out across all marketing platforms.
BIO + PROMO PICS:

Your Bio - Max 50 words. Make sure you include the style of music you play and any
accolades.3-4 images for social media. Studio or performance pics are great, so are
graphics. A nice range is best. Colourful and eye-catching are ideal. Image
requirements: JPEG format, square (Instagram) proportions preferred.
Please label all show assets with your show date and band name.
SHOW POSTER + DIGITAL SCREEN IMAGE:

Show Poster: We love posters-please feel free to send or drop off up to 3 posters for us
to hang in the bar. Digital screen image: There are the two screens we have going at all
times in the bar. Anyone who comes into the Painted Lady will see this promo.
This image should include all the important details about your show.
Please include date/time of show, cost, all performer names and info.
Image requirements: JPEG format, must be 1080x1920 (72 dpi) vertical.
