    We, the officers of the Aldersgate College Junior Marketing Association (ACJMA), would like to
    request to conduct Mr. and Ms. ACJMA 2023-2024 on October 7, 2023, from 1:00 to 5:00 PM.
    We kindly request that the said program should be held in the Audio-Visual Room (AVR),
    which we believe would provide a suitable environment for our program.

    Here are the details of our request:

     Estimated Duration: 5 hours
     Number of Attendees: 200 attendees

    We assure you that we will take full responsibility for the room during our use and return it
    in the same condition as we found it. We will adhere to all the rules and guidelines set forth
    by our school regarding room usage.

    If there are any fees associated with using the room, please let us know, and we will ensure
    prompt payment. Additionally, if there are any specific terms or conditions for room usage
    that we need to be aware of, kindly inform us.
