    RE: REQUEST FOR SEATS FOR JKUELC GAME NIGHT ON SATURDAY 5th DECEMBER, 2024.
    I hope this letter finds you well. The Jomo Kenyatta University Equity Leaders Chapter (JKUELC) will host a Game
    Night on Thursday, 5th December 2024, from 6 pm to 9 pm.

    On behalf of the club, I kindly request your assistance in providing 60 plastic chairs for our upcoming event. These
    chairs are crucial for accommodating our members.

    We would be grateful if you could lend us the chairs for the event. Rest assured, we will take great care in handling
    them and return them in excellent condition after the event.
