We are looking for a Product Management Associate to work in Recruit CRM’s Product Team. You will
collaborate with the Product Team, Business Stakeholders, and Engineering on use cases, requirements and
success metrics. Your ultimate goal will be to build the product in collaboration with all internal functions to
fill market gaps and increase customer satisfaction.
During the initial 6 months of your Training period, you will be working with our Product team to gauge a
deep understanding of Recruit CRM product lines and its customers. Based on your performance during the
Training period, you will be moved to live projects and will start learning about core Product Management
skills. This includes understanding new requirements and rolling out detailed user stories for the engineering
team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Gauge a deep understanding of Recruit CRM Product Lines and its customers
2. Develop and own user stories with acceptance criteria that represent the requirements provided by
the business
3. Work closely with business and engineering daily to ensure the movement of deliverables and act as a
liaison for all communications
Only freshers who will complete/have completed their graduation in the year 2024 / 2025

We are a fully remote working organization. The entire process from application to selection will be
