    office to allow me to take leave of absences on September 12-25, 2023 for me to prepare and
    take the Bar Examination physically, emotionally, and mentally on the 17th, 20th and 24th days of
    September 2023 to be held at Naga City, Camarines Sur.
    To ensure that my leave of absences will not prejudice the interest of the University, I am
    offering to utilize my accumulated service credits to compensate such absences should my
    request be given due course by your good office. Rest assured that this endeavor will not operate
    to the detriment of the University.
