Job Brief:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Lead Generation Associate to drive customer
acquisition through lead generation, cold calling, and email outreach. This role involves
market research, developing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, and creating
engaging content across multiple platforms. Collaborate with the team to create
impactful sales materials and ensure campaign success.
This role is ideal for enthusiastic MBA/BBA graduates looking to kick-start their careers in
sales and business development while building a strong foundation in lead generation
and client acquisition.

Roles And Responsibilities:

● Conduct targeted lead generation activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and
follow-ups to identify and qualify potential customers.
● Perform in-depth market research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and
competitor strategies.
● Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and
proposals.
● Support the execution of sales campaigns, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking of leads
through the sales pipeline.
● Analyze and report on lead generation and sales performance metrics to enhance strategies
and achieve targets.

Work experience and skills:


● Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English, to
effectively engage with potential customers and collaborate with the
team.
● Solid understanding of sales and marketing techniques, with a focus on
lead generation, client acquisition, and sales process optimization.
● Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with marketing software, CRM
tools, online analytics, and platforms like Google AdWords.
● A keen desire to learn and grow within the marketing and sales domain,
with a focus on industry trends and best practices.

● Exceptional time management and organizational skills, capable of
