Who we are:

The ICT (Information and Communication Technology) team is integral to the effective
functioning of Tejas Networks Ltd. This team is responsible for managing and supporting the
technological infrastructure that underpins the organization’s day to day operations. The ICT
team ensures that all technological systems and services are reliable, secure, and aligned
with organizational goals.

ICT teams involves in implementation and integrate technology solutions that enhance
business processes and efficiency, Support and Maintenance of Servers, Internal Network,
ERP System, IT Network and Application Security.
In addition, ICT team managing the complex environment of a heterogeneous operating
system (OS) and network setup ,and the team ensures that the organization’s technology
infrastructure is robust and secure.

What you work:

 Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network LAN, WAN, MPLS


infrastructure devices, including wireless access points, routers, switches.
 Monitoring network performance, reporting
 Monitoring network traffic for unusual activity
 Setting up new networks, maintenance of networks.
 Troubleshooting knowledge of hardware and software problems in Computers and
networking devices.

Mandatory skills:

 Hands on experience including routers & L2/L3 switches.


 Hands on experience in Network security ACLs, Linux iptables, switch port security
etc.
 Hands on in VLANs, VLAN tagging, InterVlan routing.

Desired skills:

 Utilizing industry best practices for network security, disaster recovery, business
continuity, change control.
 Ability to prepare network diagrams and design documentation and planning
network communication systems.
 Network certifications are desirable, like CCNA, CCNP.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience: 4 to 8 Years as Network Engineer.


 Education: Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Preferably CSE/E&C/IS
