    1. We hereby extend who heartedly willingness to transfer the said

    2. We do hereby undertake that I shall not claim any right over the above
    said property in future after transfer.
    3. I undertake not to claim in future any refund of plot cost or other

    1. I shall abide by the terms and conditions of SIDCO which will be


    enforced and intimated by SIDCO from time to time relating
    DP.No……….. SIDCO Industrial Estate, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai –
    600 044.
    2. I also hereby undertake that any demand like Maintenance Charges,
    Water Charges etc., to be payable to SIDCO as and when the
    demand is raised by SIDCO without any dispute.

    Estate, Thirumudivakkam, Chennai – 600 044 will be used by me only
    for the Industrial activity.
    4. I shell execute memorandum of undertaking (MOU) with SIDCO after

    be changed without the prior approval of SIDCO.
