Service Payment update

Who is it for? • SE+ and Lifestyle Couriers

Why are we doing • We’re still working to improve the processes we have in place for giving feedback on

• Continuing the claims criteria, so that couriers will only lose their Service Payments
due to claims if they have 5 or more claims.
• This will give us time to ensure that when we go back to 2 or more claims in the future,
our processes will work better and provide you with feedback on claims quicker.
• We’ve updated the Service Payments Explained information on Couriers Online.
What do I need to • If you want to see the payment explanations take a look in the information library /
do and when? pay section in the Courier Community App or the information section on Couriers
Online here.
• We all need to work as hard as we can to reduce the number of claims. For you this
means delivering within Geo and taking a compliant Safe Place Photo.

Delivery App Update – CIQM 9.4.2 version

Who is it for? • All Couriers


Why are we doing • To improve the Route Optimisation feature within the Delivery App.

What are we • We’re releasing a software upgrade to improve your experience when using Route

• We’ll send a device message to support this software release.
What do I need to • Pilot groups will receive the update on 10/05/23 and 11/05/23, with the remainder of

• Update to the latest version of the Delivery App when it is released to you.
• Ensure your device is logged out, switched on, connected to WIFI and left on charge
overnight.
• The update will take effect once End of Day and sign out is complete.
• At your next sign in you will be advised of the available update and will need to select
‘OK’ to download it.

Why are we doing • We want to know how you feel about the performance information you receive.

What are we • Asking how useful you find the performance conversations with your Community

Community App.
• Giving you the opportunity to be part of a feedback forum on new developments.

Why are we doing • To update you about the Courier Community App.

What are we • The latest Courier Community App is now available in the Google and iOS App stores.
doing? • The update introduced an “Information Library” section which can be accessed via
the “More” menu.
• The new information library area has various new sections where you can view the
relevant information.

What do I need to • Download the latest version of the App from the Google or iOS App store.

• Begin to view the information on the Courier Community App so you can be familiar
with where to find it (after a few weeks we’ll stop sharing the updates to Couriers
Online)
