Part 1: My Preferred Leadership Style

Write a short reflection (max 100 words) sharing your thoughts on how your
actions and behaviors resemble this style.

Upon completing my assessment, I identified my leadership style as


transformational, with intellectual stimulation (IS) and individual
consideration (IC) strengths. Indeed, when the role of being a leader
was given to me, I wanted to embody the best values for my team
so that trust could be established; this aligns with how I encourage
innovation, critical thinking, and personal growth within my team.
My main goal is to learn for others and others learn from me in the
most collaborative environment. On the other hand, I want my team
to feel appreciated and valued for their work. This is why rewarding
and monitoring performance when necessary is also essential. This
is where my transactional leadership style plays a crucial role.
Moving forward, I aim to balance these styles, ensuring flexibility
while maintaining my focus on empowering and inspiring others to
achieve both individual and collective success.
