    Dear MD Walid,

    In reference to our previous conversations, we are pleased to present you with an offer of employment with Murphy
    Hospitality Group. The terms and conditions of your employment are outlined in this agreement. Should you choose to accept
    employment with Murphy Hospitality Group, please sign the agreement and return it to the Company. We are pleased to make
    you the following job offer and trust it will meet with your approval.

    1. The specifics of the offer are as follows:

    Position: Line Cook (Full time, Permanent) (NOC 63200)


    Location: Gahan House Riverside
    Reporting to: Head Chef, Nathan Banfield & General Manager, Jarrett Coffie
    Tentative start date: September 5, 2024, or another mutually agreed upon date

    Compensation:

    a) This is a hourly position at $18.00/hour; .


    b) You will receive vacation pay of 4% biweekly on your cheque;
    c) You will take part in the bi-weekly kitchen tip-out, as outlined by the MHG Kitchen Tip-out Policy.
    d) Statutory Holidays – Employees who are required to work Remembrance Day, New Year’s Day, New Brunswick Day,
    Good Friday, Canada Day, Labour Day, and Christmas Day will be paid at a time and a half rate of the hours worked.

    Benefits Package:

    a) You will receive your Murphy Card, which entitles you to various discounts at all our locations and discounted MHG
    wellness packages.
    b) You will be entitled to cost share Medical & Dental benefits outlined in the Benefits Handbook after a 3-
    month probationary period is complete.

    2. Termination:

    The first six months of employment are considered a probationary period. During this period, the employer may terminate an
    employee without any requirement for notice or compensation. The employee, likewise, can terminate their employment
    without any requirement for notice or penalty.
