SCRIPT FOR THE OPENING PROGRAM OF THE STAR SCOUTS’ REVEL DAY AND TWINKLERS’
PLAYDAY

Sir EJ: Being a scouter is not an easy task since you have a lot of duties and
responsibilities to perform; however, if you live by the heart the promises and the laws of
being a scouter, nothing is impossible to do.
*Good Morning everyone! Welcome to the 2024 PROVINCIAL STAR SCOUTS’ REVEL DAY,
TWINKLERS’ PLAYDAY AND KABSAYAHAN.
Sir EJ: This morning, we will assess the good attitudes of our scouters through various
activities. To start with, may I request everyone to please stand up for our opening prayer. This
is to be followed by the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to be conducted by Mrs.
Lanie M. Ilagan, our GSP Coordinator.
Sir EJ: Star Scouts of all ages recite and live by the ideals listed in the Star Scout Promise and
Law. They remind us to do our best in being kind to others, respecting ourselves, making the
world a better place, and so much more. To lead the Promise and Law of the Star Scouts of the
Philippines, may we have Eumee M. Libao and Sabrina Rose C. Amparo.
Sir EJ: To lead the Twinklers Promise and Law, may we have Jayda Frances Rosario B.
Alcantara and Kylie E. Atienza.
Sir EJ: The Scout Promise and Law are shared by every member of the scouting group. An
oath is a way a scout agrees to act every day towards one another and other people,
and the Law outlines a way to act towards one another and the world. To lead the Promise and
Law of the Kab Scouts of the Philippines, may we have Axel Joseph A. Tumambing.
Sir EJ: Thank you our dear Star Scouts, Twinklers and Kab Scouts.
At this point, we will now proceed with the presentation of our delegates.
Let us all welcome our delegates for this activity. Let’s start with our Star Scouts/Twinklers and
Kab Scouts.

Sir EJ: For more than 100 years, Scouting programs have instilled in youth the values
found in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Today, these values are just as relevant in
helping the youth to grow to their full potential being. Scouting helps the youth develop
academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that
influence their adult lives.
Sir EJ: To promote and encourage professional development among leaders and scouters,
may I call on stage our BSP Coordinator,…. Mrs. Leny R. Tacoy to give us her opening
remarks. Let’s give her a big round of applause.
*Thank you Ma’am Len.
Sir EJ: At this juncture, may we hear a message coming from our School Head, Mrs. Rosemarie
T. Bariuan. Let’s give her a round of applause.
*Thank you, Ma’am Rose.
Let us hear another message coming from our Barangay Captain, Hon. Heriel Bautista. Let’s
give him a round of applause.

Sir EJ: Let us also acknowledge the presence of our very supportive Public Schools District
Supervisor/District Chairman of the Girl Scouts of the Philippines. To give us his/her
inspirational message, let’s welcome Dr. Braulio B. Napenas/Hon. Monaliza Rivera Gutierrez.
Let’s give him/her a big round of applause.

Sir EJ: I bet all of us here are already excited to explore, play, learn and enjoy. At this
moment, we are about to witness the dance presentation prepared by our scouters.
Scouters, are you ready?
Let’s start with the 1. Twinkler Shine Cluster. 2. Star Charms Cluster. 3. Star Ray Cluster. 4.
Star Glow Cluster
Thank you our dear scouters for your very energetic dance presentation.

Sir EJ: At this point, we will now proceed to the next and exciting part of our activity. Palaro ng
Lahi.

Sir EJ: At this moment, to give us her closing remarks may we have Mrs. Juliana E. Albino, our
Star Scout Coordinator. Let’s give her a round of applause.
As we end our program, let us hear the voices of our scouters for the community singing.
Thank you our dear scouters. To be inspired is great but to be an inspiration is an honor. This
