 Customer requirements were mapped and quality plans were updated accordingly for each product as a
result quality jerks were minimized and achieved a higher customer satisfaction level.
 Handled and developed a team of 78 engineers and quality inspectors/ field inspectors.
 Received an Award for excellence from MD & ED for a reduction in complaint lead time.
 Initiated & finalized raw material specifications, including test methods & acceptance criteria and agreed
with all suppliers for the desired quality level. All specs have been incorporated in the PO copy in ERP.
As a result, Raw material lot rejection has reduced from 57% to <2% in Six months

inspectors & machine setter.100% achievement.
