IMS OBJECTIVES
(AS PER ISO-9001:2015, ISO-14001:2015 &
ISO-45001-2018 STANDARDS REQUIREMENTS)

 Customer satisfaction level should be “Good” or above (90%).

 Sales should increase by at least 10% every year.

 In process non-conformance should be min <2 problems/day

 Product rejection should be less than 1%.

 All orders to be delivered on time

 Training needs of employees assessed and training provided every 6


months

 Monitor the risk related to all departments in the organization and it


should be reviewed once in a month.

 Identify the external & internal issue of the organization and it should be
closed within time.

 Reduce 3 % electricity energy consumption every year.

 Reduce total scrap (paper and polythene) 10 % every year

 Ensure no loss time incident & accidents.
