In the above case the accused/Person submit as under:-
1. That, the accused/person have nothing to do with the alleged offence,

the alleged offence is bailable but not so heinous to punish with life
imprisonment or death sentences.
2. That, the concerned police have falsely and concocted involved the
accused/person in the above said case on basis of the false and
baseless complaint.
3. That, the accused/person is innocent and law abiding citizen and the
accused/person is residing within the jurisdiction of the Hon’ble court.
4. That, the accused/person is only bread earing member in the family
and entire family are depend upon the accused/person.
5. That, the accused/person is ready to abide by the conditions if any
imposed by the Hon’ble court and also ready to furnish surety to the
satisfaction of the Hon’ble court.
6. That, the Hon’ble court has got wide powers to release the
accused/person on bail.
7. That, the accused /person are undertake to keep present before the
hon’ble court on is each and every dates of hearing.

hereby state on oath as under:-
That, I am the owner and possessor of the land Sy no. 169/2

measuring 3 Acre, 10 guntas situated at: Kummansirasagi, Tq: Yadrami,
Dist: Kalaburgi. The present market value of the above said land is more
then Rs - 20,00,000/- ( Twenty lakhs only ) The said land is free from all
sorts of encumbrances and charges.
That willing to stand as surety for the release of accused/person by

name Basavaraj S/o Malkappa Guttaragi The ROR of the said land is
produced before the Hon’ble court.
Hence this affidavit.
