RE: Employment with 17Care UK Ltd

Dear Applicant (Please Read Carefully before committing)

TMI Recruitment is the official recruitment partner for 17Care UK Ltd, with whom you are interested
to work. If you received this document from a TMI agent, it means there are vacancies for SOC 6135
(Care workers and home carers - RQF3) still available at 17Care UK Ltd and you may qualify to join
their ranks. The following documents have to be in your possession before we can consider you for
any position:

Switch Candidates
• Care Certification (Online course available from 17Care)
• Valid Passport
• Valid BRP and National Insurance
• Valid Driver's License (If available)

International Candidates
• Care Certification, Nursing or Nurse Aide Qualification. (Online course available from 17Care)
• Valid Passport
• English Competency
• Up to date TB Test Certificate
• Valid Police Clearance from country you have spent the last 12months.

If you are in possession of all the documents listed above and send them to our agent, he/she
may request your references and the succeeding recruitment process breakdown is as follows:

1. If you are a suitable candidate, a contract is issued which you sign and return
2. A Certificate of Sponsorship is issued and you verify all information captured is accurate
3. You are assigned a 17Care employee to complete and submit the Visa Application for you.
4. You are assigned a date to submit your biometrics at a predefined Centre in your country.

To go through this process, you need to ensure you have adequate funds. The entire process will cost
£1,350 and payments will be made online to TMI Global recruitment through invoices issued to you
or via Paypal transfers. Electronic and Bank transfers are not accepted as funds may reflect days later
leading to delays. You must ensure you have the funds before deigning to begin the process and
access to above mentioned payment methods as contracts issued will be cancelled within a fortnight.

Here is a breakdown of our charges, to be invoiced 3 separate times:

£150 Commitment Fee: Paid once you are vetted to be a suitable candidate. This commits you to the
application and is non-refundable as it serves administrative purposes. After this payment, your
contract is issued by 17Care UK Ltd.
£700 Fee Deposit: Paid once CoS has been issued in order to begin Visa Application by an employee
from 17Care UK. This fee is fully refundable on request but only before Visa Application is made.

£500 Fee Balance: Paid once application has been submitted to UKVI and your interview date has
been set and confirmed. This is non-refundable

Please be advised if you do not have access to these funds, please do not apply. However after
contract is issued, you will have up to 30 days to come up with funds for the second payment.
