CAREER OBJECTIVE:

Seeking the position of a Primary / Middle School level Teacher in the organization where I
can groom up the young generation with my knowledge and ability. It will give me the
opportunity to utilize my skills to work as a performance driven professional in a highly
challenging & dynamic environment. I have the passion for teaching and have achieved great key
stage results in the past. I love to take up challenging role and excel them by applying my zeal
energy and knowledge with my positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and
communication towards the growth of the organization and adding the values of myself by
moving up on the ladder and be a part of a team in achieving the required objectives.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

▪ Working as a primary teacher in a reputed ICSE based English medium school in town for
the past 8 years.
▪ Experience of more than 10 years in teaching tuitions (offline and now online mode) from
different states as well.
▪ Financial Educator at Bright CHAMPS, an online based company, educating students
world wise (Eg: USA, UK , Dubai , Qatar, Philippines, Pakistan etc.) for the past 3.5yrs.
▪ Worked as a counsellor / HR executive in various corporate organization: IBM system
concerned for 3 years, Siemens system concern for 5 years.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

❖ Teaching the children, the fundamental concept of grammar, improving their reading skills through various
methods of teaching i.e., storytelling, educational games, read along app and other educational sites & apps
like padlet ,jamboard ,quizzez etc.
❖ Teaching through the TuTAR app (Augmented Reality), the experience of 3D images helps the students to
clear their concepts in an interactive way. Inspiring the students to learn new things and shaping their future
according to their interest.
❖ Cross training given to teachers on various sessions like -TuTAR app , LMAD.
❖ Knowledge sharing classes taken on Phonetics / Syllable breaking.
❖ Also appointed as the Press and Media Incharge of the Primary wing. Press Release coverage of various
 events is done which is published in various newspapers.
❖ Arranging meetings with parents and discussing the all-round development of the children and counselling
them how to overcome from their grey area. Interacting with each student and helping them to solve their
problems.
❖ Hosted various school events like -Fancy dress competition, Intra school debate competition, Prize night etc.
❖ Also got an opportunity to judge a Declamation Competition and Cultural show.
❖ Teaching the basic skills of language with phonics sounds and attended the workshop related to it.
❖ Making children aware of science and nature by relating them with the natural realistic objects around us.
❖ Conducting extempore session, elocution practice, speech oration, dance shows, fancy dress competition,
investiture ceremony and decorating the classes according to various themes. Preparing them for national level
competition.
❖ Developing and nurturing the various aspects of children i.e., physical, emotional, mental, and social by
allowing them to learn according to their creativity. Organizing the students in the group so that they can
interact with each other and socialize.
❖ During this COVID pandemic, helped the students to go through various power point presentation which I had
made to improve in their logical thinking. Also developed few online quizzes to motivate them as well to keep
up the bubbling spirit during the virtual interaction which was otherwise lost.
❖ Created “WHY ...WHY” videos to clear the concept as why do we have to learn those chapters.
❖ Being an overall admin (class in charge) and Handwriting Hobby in charge I have been given responsibilities
to submit all the online class reports, various online videos updating, online making of question papers etc.
❖ As a Hobby incharge of the group “Wordsworth Meadow”.
❖ As an assembly in charge, looking after the daily assembly presentation and judging the performances
❖ Incharge for training the students both for Intra as well as Inter School Youth Fest 2022,2023,2024.
❖ Incharge for training the students for the English SKIT for Annual Primary Day. Writing the script to selection
of the characters and looking after the enactments.

Completed 2 years of B-ed course from Singhania University.

Completed PGDHRM from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune.
Completed SWIFT India course and 2 years of DNIIT from NIIT. Excellent knowledge of computers.
