tell me about yourself

I am senior student at rmit Vietnam University, currently studying Bcahlor


of...I have always been grateful for my univeristy for always actively
changing the program -> it fit the ongoing technologies and arising AI state
in Vietnam.

Throigh out my academic journey, I have been ACTIVELY engage in various


hands on projects from school, giving me opportunity to learn and familiar
with new technologies and prohramming languahes, frameworks and
database as well. This allow me to have understanding in ...."

I also a team player, but I can also work well independently, one aspect of IT
that mainly motivate me to dive in this It filed is that I always have the urge
to stay-up-date with the tech, knowing the best practices and being aware of
the adnvancement in this field. A worthnotice strength of me (which I think
everyone in this feild has it too) is that the commitment to continuoes
learning and leveraging our expertise and experience so that we can make
meaningful impact in the lives of those I support.

I particularly drawn to the automatic and continuos learning aspect of IT,


which fit best with one of my traits which is I am easily get bored for doin
one repeating job which has no significant contribute to level up my skill or
knowledge.

I am exited about this opportunity to contribute my skills and my ideas to


your compnay.

what is your strength and weakness?

I am currently challenging myself to not get too attached to the detail of a


project and forgot to zoom out and see the whole picture. So to combat this, I
keep a little sticky note on my controller and also a note pad to remind me to
zoom out.

As for my strength is that I am willing to learn and adapt, also I believe that
problem solving, effective team work and attention to detail is also critical
asset/qualities to be successful in IT.

for my personality, I am an extraverted introvert, which basically mean that I


am outgoing, social but some time, I need approximate 2-3 days to recharge
my battery after a long day networking with human so that I can rejoin with
human and be in my best state again.

"Why do you want to join the WeCamp program at NAB?"

The WeCamp program at NAB offers a unique opportunity to develop hands-


on skills in front-end development or automation testing, which aligns
perfectly with my career goals in tech. I’m particularly excited about the
focus on empowering female students and career switchers, as it shows
NAB’s commitment to reducing the gender gap in the IT industry. I believe
that the experience I gain through WeCamp will be invaluable for my career,
and I’m looking forward to learning from industry experts while working on
real-world projects."

What is your technical skills and experience?

I have experience in a variety of technical skill, list out below:

HTML/SCSS (HTML is not a programming language, but a markup language)

Bootstrap (Framework for front-end development)

Chakra UI (Component library for React)

ReactJS (JavaScript library for building user interfaces)


NextJS (JavaScript framework for building React applications)

NodeJs (JavaScript runtime for server-side development)

Back-End:

MongoDB (Database management system)

MySQL (Database management system)

Firebase (Platform for building web and mobile applications)

Vercel (Deployment platform)
