• MS Excel is a spreadsheet program that allows user to create, edit and analyse
both simple and complex numeric based documents. Examples of such
document includes; Balance sheet. Budgets. Data report, Income statement,
Invoice etc.
• It also has various formatting options like adding images, shapes,charts, and
tables that you can add to your documents.

• Step 1 - Click on file tab
• Step 2 - Select Save as option
• Step 3 - Lacate/Decide where to
save your file. If it your folder
is on destop, choose desktop

• Step 6. Decide the file tye
