Sertom flanging machine is a totally hydraulic machine siutable
for the flanging of bottoms of different thickness with or without

central hole. The machine is made up of a bottom holding trolley with
vertical and horizontal movements, a forming roll on which the roll is
presses to get the desired radius, a flanging roll which is used to adapt
the bottom to the forming roll, guiding rolls which move on suitable
guides which have the function to keep the bottom pressed against the
forming roll.

It is the new line of hydraulic plate rolls with 4 rolls extremely

sturdy in its structure with rolls sliding onto rectilinear guides. Thanks
to the great stiffness of the structure, together with the precision ot
the movements, given by a modern hydraulic-electronic system, the
maximum precision both for pre-bending and bending is guaranteed.
All the functions of the machine are controlled by a very modern PLC
and upon request modern CNC (graphical and easy to use) can be
supplied.

Rimi 4RV bull 30-40 (3000x40)

Hydraulic 4 rolls bending machine designed to bend plates of
small-medium thickness. This is a double-pinch machine. The lateral
rolls position can be adjusted through hydraulic cylinders in order to
get the required bending radius. The rolls rotation system occurs
through 2 hydraulic motors coupled to 2 planetary gearboxes directly
fitted onto the rolls. The RIMI 4RP, which is an evolution of the historic
SERTOM bending machine RIMI, produced since 1972, keeps the main
features of its ancestor, that is STURDINESS AND OPERATIVE
FLEXIBILITY, adding to these all advantages of the technological
evolution of more than 30 years of research and development.

Two EMO 15-30 LO, the special bending machines, had been delivered to Sweeden and Poland. These special
bending machines for folding corrugated sheets, SUPER-CORE types, are employed in the construction of bridges,
galleries, water gateways as their innovative characteristics allow a serious allowance of the installation time.
The two companies have received the licence for folding the SUPER-CORE of the ATALANTIC INDUSTRIES
(www.ail.ca), leader company of the sector. The company has between its conditions to work with these warps,
the usage of our bending machines, the most indicated to satisfy te high quality standards thanks to the new
software for the numeric control developed by SERTOM that allow the maximum precision in the interpolation of
the axis.
Sertom was the first company in the world that produced this type
of bending machine with variable geometry. We started the production
in 1978 and we have more than 450 units all over the world.
Hydraulic 3 rolls bending machine with total pre-bending,

designed to bend medium/big thickness plates. The model EMO is a
machine which is different from the traditional 3 and 4 rolls models,
thanks to its revolutionary geometry. In fact the side rolls can translate
horizontally and indipendently from one another with variable pitch,
while the top roll which is motorised translates vertically. With this
geometry the machine can be used from time to time as a 4 rolls, a
pyramidal or an asymmetric.
Thanks to the variable pitch we have: 1) great versatility of the
machine (increasing the interaxis between the side rolls we can roll
bigger thicknesses, decreasing it smaller thicknesses); 2) the plate is
always horizontal during the pre-bending phase (therefore higher
safety for the operator); 3) dimensions reduced without foundations till
the heaviest sizes.

Pyramidal type 3 rolls bending machine with total pre-
bending, fully hydraulic siutable for the bending of small-medium
thickness. This machine grants a perfect pre-bending, htanks to the
high torque of the 3 motorised rolls, with a perfect construction quality
that has been main feature of our products for more than 40 years.
