Food And Beverage Product Profile Mazowe hotel is a hotel that offers quality, professional and hospitality services at international standards to all clients. We are proud of our food and beverage department that offers a wide range of innovatively made dishes that entice the taste buds of anyone who eats them. TYPES OF MENUS We offer two types of menus that is: Alar carte menu and Buffet Cocktail. TYPES OF MEALS OFFERED 1. BREAKFAST Full English Breakfast Continental Breakfast 2. LUNCH/ DINNER (BUFFET) Two course meal It can consist of either, a starter and a main course or, main course and dessert. Three course meal Consists of starter, main course and desert. NB: Our main course consists of three meats, three starches, two types of vegetables, two types of salads and two types of desserts. We rotate our meals we do not serve a dish twice in a day. 3. LUNCH/DINNER (BUFFET) 1. Three Course Meal Starter Mushroom Soup or Minestrone soup served with croutons. Main Course Beef stir fry, spiced fried whole bream, grilled pork chops in barbeque sauce, sadza, spaghetti, roast potatoes, mixed vegetables, (green beans and carrots), French salad, coleslaw salad.
