About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to lead the development of core CRM
APIs and business logic for our CRM and marketing automation platform. You will
collaborate closely with product and frontend teams to build scalable backend systems,
focusing on performance, security, and clean architecture. This is a pivotal role with
opportunities to scale into a full-stack position.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.​
Architect and manage a relational database using PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM.​
Integrate Auth0 for secure authentication and authorization flows.​
Implement backend business logic for CRM workflows, campaign automation, and user
management.​
Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure cohesive integration.​
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code.​
Work with Docker for containerization and deployment workflows.​
Contribute to DevOps processes, supporting deployment to Vercel and other cloud
infrastructure.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience with Node.js and Express.​
Strong PostgreSQL skills and experience with Prisma ORM.​
Experience with Auth0 or similar authentication platforms.​
Strong understanding of REST API design.​
Familiarity with Docker and cloud hosting (e.g., Vercel).

Preferred/Bonus Skills
Exposure to GoHighLevel.​
Experience with AI integrations ( APIs).​
Background in CRM or SaaS platforms.
