    General Observations Strong formal start to the interview; Introduction and explanation of consent form was good, then brief overview of content of interview Body language straight away relaxed but engaged; sat slightly to one side, hands together but open, head tilted Little bit nervous but starts small with simple closed questions and builds from there Questions well considered and well posed to interviewee; calm, looks to be thinking through before delivering Lots of follow up questions show comfortable operating outside initial planning and structure Good rapport with interviewee I dont know if its true, but I heard ..
