It provides two new filtering methods - As Shipped Filtering and Fallback Arrangement - to provide more accurate serial number specific parts identification. Users can toggle the auto-filter on search results to see filtered or unfiltered results. The system now sources data from warranty records to show as-shipped configurations for engines and machines.

    Prior to the 2011A release of SIS checking the Include Attachment? check box would return search results with available attachments. Include Attachment? is no longer available to check on the main menu(replacement details on next page)

    The Include Attachments? functionality is now available after the search results are retrieved. Shown is the serial number specific results based on invoice data. Once Auto Filter is unchecked the results will then include attachments and any parts that are not included on the invoice.

    As Shipped Product enhances and expands the As Shipped Engine

    Instead of putting in a serial number, performing a search and then


    returning back to the main menu to identify the arrangement part number you can go directly to As Shipped Product to see all Dealer Distribution Systems available arrangements.

    The page has a link to navigate to the Kits page. Once on the Kits page, the As Shipped Engine link will Machine and/or Engine serial number be replaced with an As fields will be filled in based on Shipped Product link available data

    SIS searches using complete Serial numbers will use two new
    filtering methods (as applicable) to provide users more accurate serial number specific parts identification As Shipped Filtering Uses As Shipped Product and Engine data

    Fallback Arrangement Uses all applicable arrangements for the given serial number. Fallback Arrangement applies when no As Shipped Product or Engine data is available.

    The Toggle check box feature on the search results pages can be
    used to disable the Auto-filtering temporarily

    The Toggle check box feature will not be displayed when searching
    for information using only a Serial Number Prefix or a single Arrangement

    If an invoice is available for the serial number selected, each search method will show filtered results. Users always have the ability to temporarily uncheck the filtering method and return to specific serial number break filtering.
