Subject Reps
-Take the lead in representing the subject at open day and other recruitment opportunities (assemblies). They would coordinate other students to help with this. - Act as a bridge between staff and students, relaying student concerns and addressing these with staff. - Coordinate roundtable feedback sessions in the spring term with representatives from classes to secure student feedback. - Act as a figurehead for the subject. Y12s could seek support and advice (but not necessarily private tutoring!) and Y11s could try to find out more about the subject in the 6th form. - Potentially speaking to groups of Y11s about their subject. - Potentially coordinate some support (both for less able and for gifted and talented).
