gain some points.
At that time, the number of men on each
side was different from now.
The first season of the NFL (National
Football League) was on 1920.

Football Dynasties
In the NFL, there was dynasties. Dynasties are
teams who dominate the league during a few
years. Well talk about 80s to 2000s dynasties.
The first dynasty was the San Francisco 49ers,
the dynasty began in 1982 and finished in
1990. They won the Super Bowl in 1981 and
terrified all the league during eight straight
years. This dynasty won three Super Bowl
games (84, 88, 89). The best players were
Joe Montana, Jerry Rice and Randy Cross.
They were coached by Bill Walsh. So, that was
the 80s dynasty.
Football Dynasties (continued)
The second dynasty was the Dallas Cowboys.
The dynasty began in 1990 and ended in 1998.
After an other bad season in 1989 (1-15), they
started to win games. During theses years,
they won three Super Bowl games (92, 93,
95) and six division championships (92, 93,
94, 95, 96, 98). The best players were
Emmitt Smith, Troy Aikman and Michael Irvin.
Jimmy Johnson and Barry Switzer coached
them. The Dallas Cowboys were the 90s
dynasty.

England Patriots. The dynasty started in 2002
when they won the Super Bowl and it isnt over
yet. The Patriots won three Super Bowl games
(02, 04, 05) and got a 16-0 perfect season.
Their best player is the quarterback Tom
Brady. He was named four times in Pro Bowl.
