    OBJECTIVE:

    Students face a lot of problem during the time of


    payment of their academic fees. They face even
    more problems during the
    time of tests and
    examination, they miss their important classes and
    lose their attendance while queuing to make their
    payment.
    An application on the desk of the fees recipient can
    reduce the congestion and the buzz atmosphere.
    This helps to reduce work and time of both staff and
    students.

    LITERATURE
    REVIEW:-

    Present system is manual. The college staff has to


    enter all the details of students
    transactions
    manually in the record which is a time consuming
    process
    Hence Computerization of the existing system is
    proposed. The new system completely removes all
    manual burdens and provides efficient entry system

    INTRODUCTION: The application is build on Java platform using


    MySql database.
    The application prior takes all the information
    of the students(Full-Name, Roll No, Branch,
    Section).
    Fee recipient has to just select the payment
    option available for a student, the data will be
    uploaded to the server.
    Students can view their payments at the end of
    the day or on the college website if uploaded.

    PLAN OF ACTION:-

    Methodology:
    First admin is given a default
    username and password
    Admin will have to login and change
    the default username and password.
    Admin registers users,payment
    entries.
    Users will login and update their
    profile page.
    Users can use the application to
    accept payments from students.
