Hostel Facilities and Relevant Information
Following time table are to be followed by participants:
Breakfast: 0730-0845 hours
Morning Refreshment: 1100-1130 hours
Lunch: 1330-1430 hours
Evening Refreshment: 1700-1800 hours
Dinner: 2000-2130 hours

Participants are requested not to wear short pants/
Lungi in the BIBM Dining Hall.
No Guests are allowed to take any kind of meals in the
BIBM Dining Hall.
Participants must use the ID Card during their stay in
BIBM specially in Dining Hall.
Hostel Facilities and Relevant Information
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the BIBM Dining
Hall. For security reason, the participants are also
requested not to smoke in the hostel room.
Guests are not allowed in the hostel room.
A part-time medical officer is available at hostel
building during 1430-1700 hours on all working days.

Internet browsing facility is available in the ground
floor of hostel building. (Room No.104)
WiFi facilities are available both in Academic Building
and Hostel Building. For WiFi password, please see
your course information file.
TV Room, Sports Room and Prayer Room are available
adjacent to the hostel building..
Library Facilities and Relevant Information
Library hours from 09:00 am to 08:00 pm on all working days and on weekly holidays
from 09:30 am to 03:30 pm.
Participants are not allowed to enter with personal book, bag, attach, briefcase or
other belongings to the library.
Only notepapers and pen/pencil will be allowed to be taken inside the library subject to
checking at the gate.
A participant can borrow maximum 2 books at a time through applying in the
prescribed form duly countersigned by the course/workshop coordinator. No reference
book is issued.
A banker may borrow books from the library only during his/her stay at BIBM as
training/ workshop participant.
Library Facilities and Relevant Information
Participants must not try to place books on the shelf and should leave these on the
table.
A participant should take care of books/journals/other publications. In case of
damaging any items of the library, damage charge may be imposed. The amount of
damage charge is at the discretion of the librarian.
The librarian if needed can recall any books at any time.
Participants shall abstain from conversation and any other activities that may disturb
others in the library.
Before entering the library every participant must switch off/silent their mobile.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the library.
