Storyboard
Scene 1:
• Old man pops onto screen and handwriting writes, “Hi, I’m here to
talk to you about a place we all know and love!”
Scene 2:
Image of the earth flies in, handwriting appears and writes, “Our
beautiful planet!”
Scene 3:
• Handwriting and Earth disappears, new handwriting appears saying,
“There are so many amazing things on our planet! Like…”
• Different images of different plants and animals will fly into the
screen
Scene 4:
• Handwriting will disappear and new handwriting will appear say, “But
unfortunately this could all disappear one day”
• Red X’s will fly in one by one and stop over each image until all images
are covered with a red X
Scene 5:
• Images, handwriting and red X’s all disappear.
• Old man is on the screen and new handwriting appears saying, “Scary
thought HUH! All of our pollution is slowly killing us”
Scene 6:
• Handwriting disappears, old man disappears and a tombstone
appears where the old man was standing
Scene 7:
• Tombstone disappears and handwriting appears saying, “Luckily there
are things we can do to help save our planet. There are three things
everyone need to do”
Scene 8:
• Handwriting disappears.
• New handwriting appears saying, “Number one: Reduce”
• An image of a car flies onto the screen
• More handwriting appears saying, “By reducing the amount of
driving, the air pollution levels will go down”
Scene 9:
• Handwriting and image disappear
• New handwriting appears saying, “Number two: Reuse”
• Image of a cardboard box appears
• More new handwriting appears saying, “By reusing materials we can
reduce the amount of waste in landfills
Scene 10:
• Handwriting and image disappear
• New handwriting appears saying, “Number three: Recycle”
• Image of a recycle symbol appears
• More new handwriting appears saying, “By recycling certain
materials, we can drastically reduce waste”
Scene 11:
• Handwriting and image disappear
• New handwriting appears saying, “If we all do our part, we can make
the world a beautiful place for generations to come!”
• Images of plants and animals fly into the screen
