    Exercises: Perform each step only with directed from the instructor ;-)
    1. Each team member describe a hazardous task at work. From the team discussion, write a
    list of six hazardous tasks in Column 1.
    2. In Column 2, prioritize each task based on your team’s discussion (1=highest, 6=lowest).
    3. Using the information from the Probability and Severity Tables in the workbook, enter the
    rating for each task in Columns 3 and 4.
    4. Multiply the Probability and Severity ratings to calculate the Risk Score. Enter the Risk
    Score in Column 5.
    5. Determine and enter the new priorities for each task in Column 6.
