    Conclusion
    •Conclusion is a statement of
    generalization based on the results
    of the study. Conclusions have to be
    concise and explicit.

    • The sample conclusion:


    The workplace is a rich avenue for learning where the teacher educators
    acquire the professional concepts/ skills and the human relationship skills
    necessary for effective practice. It is in the effective workplace where
    teachers are confronted with practical situations. They reflect and do
    something about the situation, thereby lrearn something from it. The
    teachers' stories and narratives are embodiment of the accounts of their lives
    as educators. These stories reflects teachers' learnings, insights and
    realizations as they continuously make sense of the reality in the workplace.
    Various factors affect teachers' motivation for learning in the workplace.
    Though some of the teachers are motivated to learn for some extrinsic
    rewards, most adults give pragmatic and self-motivating factors for learning.
    Reference
    • A references page is the last page of an essay
    or research paper that's been written in APA
    style. It lists all the sources you've used in your
    project, so readers can easily find what you've
    cited.
    • reference have two types:
     A.p.a. (American Psychological Association )
     M.l.a. (Modern Language Association )
    A.P.A. & M.L.A.
    • The American Psychological Association (APA) created the APA
    style, which is a standardized method of formatting documents and
    citing sources. The references page format is unique to the APA
    style. Other formatting styles have different names and ways of
    listing sources on the last page of a document. For example,
    the Modern Language Association (MLA) calls it a 'Works Cited',
    and the Turabian style calls it a 'Bibliography.'
    • Students complain about having to use these formats, but imagine
    if you were asked to not only write the paper, but also come up
    with your own format us. and documentation styles! The APA style
