    In order to achieve optimum rejection


    Find out the center of gravity of the
    1 SKU to be run using distance gauge.
    Place the SKU on the distance gauge,
    move it front and back until you have a
    balance. The balance point is the
    center of gravity
    Adjust the reject block (vertical) to
    2 meet the point of the center of
    gravity of the bottle (SKU) using a
    5mm Allen key to screw up or down.
    Adjust the pusher settings using

    Check the pressure as it rejects, the


    4 standard air pressure is ≤ 5psi. If the
    pressure is too much, reduce at the
    pressure gauge.
