Conclusion from the results of the interview:
1. Employees are considered as one of the important assets of the company
2. The suggestion system as a forum to accommodate ideas, knowledge, creativity,
and innovation from employees.
3. Suggestions given will be filtered. The best advice for the progress of the
company will be appreciated by the company.
4. Quality Control Circle (QCC); In this company, all employees are taught how to
make project improvement in their respective departments, are given step-by-step
training, tools used in reports and given time for discussion every week to solve
problems. (Fish Bones Diagram)
5. This project has a higher value weight than SS, so it is done in groups. The results
of the project are contested and rewarded accordingly. PT Kalbe Farma employees
