RATIONALE
AIMS
In this study, we promote using Sitaw or string long beans to make ice cream. Our aim is for people,
especially for moms, to prepare healthy snacks that their picky little ones would enjoy.
Generally, Our aim is to encourage people to think of healthier ways to enjoy our favorite snack.
PURPOSE
To assess the acceptability of Sitaw Ice Cream to the residents of Cabiao, Nueva Ecija.
