INTRODUCTION
Interview refers to a formal, in-depth conversation between two or more persons, wherein the
exchange of information takes place, with a view of checking a candidate’s acceptability for the
job.
Basically ,an interview is a conversation between two people (the interviewer and the
interviewee) where questions are asked by the interviewer to obtain information from the
interviewee.

Personal Interview is the foremost tool to judge the abilities of a person. In the face-to-face
contact between the interviewer & interviewee, it is possible to record more than only verbal
responses; which are often superficial. When human beings communicate directly with each
other, much more information is communicated. The nature of words used, facial expressions
& body language- together contribute in judging a person.

culture, vision, and the position as much as possible. “Between Google and
LinkedIn, you should have an armory of information about the company. It is also
vital to read up on recent news regarding the company
