Fear
Fear is an emotion induced by perceived threat which
causes entities to quickly pull far away from it and
usually hide. We can also feel fear when faced with
less dangerous situations, like exams. Public
speaking , a new job , a date or even party. It is
natural response to something that person feels is a
threat .

Fear of Death
Thanatophobia, or fear of death, is a relatively
complicated phobia. Many, if not most, people
are afraid of dying. Some people fear being
dead, while others are afraid of the actual act of
dying. However, if the fear is so prevalent as to
affect your daily life, then you might have a
.phobia full-blown
Fear of Unknown

 The fear of the unknown can be hard to describe because all the feelings
and thoughts around this fear are in our head. These negative feelings and
thoughts create mental blocks. It is these mental blocks that influence the
way in which we live our life and if let loose can have a detrimental
impact on us living our lives to the fullest.

Take more physical exercise . This can trigger brain chemical that improve
your mood.

It’s easy to ignore or deny our fears , even to
ourselves , in a society that stresses the importance
of being strong and brave, or among our peers,
competitor. But courage can’t come into play unless
you have a fear to face down. By owning your
feeling you have taken the first step toward gaining
