     The poultry production chain creates 3.5 million direct and indirect jobs.
     USA
     The poultry industry collectively provides 1,337,030 jobs, $63 billion in wages,
    $265.6 billion in total economic activity, and $23.4 billion in government revenue.
     India
     The poultry industry rose the last years reaching an annual turnover of US$ 7,5
    billion, and providing at least 9 to 10 million jobs.
