    FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT


    OF BADMINTON
    Learning Outcomes: At the end of
    the lesson, the students can:
    familiarize correctly the different
    parts and measurement of
    Badminton court as well as the
    equipment and its function through
    labeling.
    Introduction:
    Playing Badminton requires a standard space and
    equipment in order to execute the skills and enjoy the
    beauty of the game. For recreational purposes this space
    could be an outdoor; outside home, sports complex etc.,
    but competition requires a standard indoor playing space.
    In this lesson, you will learn the standard facilities and
    equipment of the game. The parts and measurement of the
    court, the racket, the net and shuttlecock. We will also
    explore the function of the parts of the court, the racket, the
    net and shuttlecock.
