The document provides instructions for opening Smart3D, creating a workspace called SP3D TRAININ, and then generating a grid structure within that workspace. It involves selecting the SP3D TRAININ model, creating a new filter for the workspace, defining the units of measurement, and increasing the number of undo actions. It also details creating a new system called Kishore, and then adding grid, column, and beam systems underneath it. Specific steps are outlined for creating the grids, including providing origin points and floor heights, adding copies for multiple floors, and setting the grid types. Common views are used to view the generated grids.
