proposal documents and issue FPR post policy completion from
the comfort of their offices

Availability of Mobile, Laptop or Computer with an internet connection.
Browsers required - Microsoft Edge, Chrome and Mozilla firefox ( latest updated).
Agent and customer should have zipped Aadhar files downloaded from UIDAI. Link
for downloading zipped file : https://resident.uidai.gov.in/offline-kyc .
Agent and customer should have 16 digit Aadhar VID for e-signing. Link for VID
generation : https://resident.uidai.gov.in/vid-generation .
Cases on customer's own life. No minor lives, even as nominee.
All modes except NACH (monthly mode).
Only for Indian residents with COVID questionnaire. NRIs not allowed.

Allowed for Non Medical Proposals with SUC upto 30L, i.e. Branch UW limits.
Instant online BOC creation 24 x 7 after online payment by customer.
Online PAN verification using NSDL PAN Verification facility.
Digital eMHR available for Branch Marketing Officials and Development Officers.
Login : Agent has to select his agency type from the dropdown
Digital signing of document is the process where user(Customer for proposal and
Agent for ACR) will login to LIC system with the link shared on mail, he/she will be
displayed the document he/she will be signing.
Kindly make sure that Agents Aaadhar Number/VID Number should be used for
ACR signing and Customer’s Aadhaar/VID should be used for Proposal Signing.
If any different Aadhaar details are used then eSigning process will fail as these
details will be cross verified with eKYC done in previous steps.
On successful eSign of documents, they will be escalated to
EDMS.
