    What is Project structure ?
    • Under PS Resource team is built out of Functional pool under
    guidance of person call project manager , external specialists
    may also be added.
    • In this structure, the project manager is the decision-maker.
    Members of the team are dedicated to the project, and they
    report directly to the project manager.
    • Once the task is completed ,the team is dismental and team
    member are back to their home department

    • He is project head, responsible for its complection.
    • What, when,how much are needed for performing various
    tasks.
    • He is the unifying agent
