Company description
Our firm symbolizes the best street
foods in our country, and we want
people to learn more about our
culture while also remembering the
delicacies sold by our local vendors.
Products, Services and Features
kwek-kwek are hard-boiled quail eggs dipped in a
bright orange batter, then deep-fried. The batter
is usually composed of flour, baking powder, some
salt, and food coloring, allegedly once used to
coat eggs that failed to sell the day before.

Que-kiam are a famous Filipino street snack served


in makeshift wooden carts with fish or seafood balls
and a variety of dipping sauces. These meat buns
are comprised of five spice-seasoned ground pork
and minced shrimp, and are a local variation of the
Chinese Ngo hiang.

Fries are made from frozen potatoes that have been


blanched or at the very least air-dried in a factory setting.
Vegetable oil is the most common fat used to make french
fries. Filipinos copied French Fries because they are
excellent and began selling them on the streets.
